Cutting out one image is quick. Cutting out forty is where a normal editor wears you down, because every file means opening, selecting, masking and exporting by hand. The batch tool turns that into a queue: add the files, choose one look, and let it work through the list.

Typical jobs are a set of product photos for a shop, a folder of team headshots, a stack of event pictures or the frames of a small catalog.

How the queue works

1. Every image you add joins a list, in the order you added it.
2. The images are processed one after another, so a long list simply takes longer.
3. Finished items are marked, and you can still preview them before saving.
4. Download all packs the results into a single zip, with one file per image.

There is a free daily allowance of 30 images per visitor, shared across single and batch use, so plan large jobs across days if you need to.

One preset for the whole batch

Consistency is the point of a batch. Choose a transparent background and every image comes out as a PNG with an alpha channel. Choose white and the whole set is ready for a marketplace grid. Choose a color from your brand and every cutout lines up with the rest of your pages.

Getting good results at scale

• Keep the subject clearly visible and not cropped at the frame edge.
• Avoid scenes where several similar objects overlap the subject.
• Use images at their original size; files up to 20 MB and 4096 px on the long side keep full resolution, and larger ones are scaled down first.
• Export as PNG when you need transparency, or JPG and WebP for smaller flat files.

Privacy for a batch

Each image goes over an encrypted connection to the site's server, the background is removed, and the result comes straight back. The site does not save or keep images, and location and camera metadata are removed from the copy that is sent. Nothing is stored for you to come back to, so download the zip before closing the tab.
